To make your and the other guests’ stay as pleasant as possible, we have laid down a number of house rules. We kindly ask you to abide by them and follow instructions from the team during your stay.
In case of violation of these house rules and/or failure to follow instructions from the team, we reserve the right to immediately remove you and any visitors from the park. In this case, you lose the right to a refund of all or part of the deposit and/or rent.
We think sustainability is very important. You can help us with this by paying attention to the points below:
Turn on the heating only in the rooms where you are present.
If you leave the accommodation in between, turn the heating down a few degrees.
Make sure you switch off the lights when you leave the accommodation in between.
Close windows and doors as much as possible to keep the heat (and coolness) in the accommodation, but remember to provide adequate ventilation.
To protect nature and the environment, we ask you not to leave waste lying around.
We separate the waste on our park into paper, glass and residual waste. You can help us. You can hand in your waste at the waste disposal area, which is located opposite the reception.

Stick to the maximum speed on the park of 10 kilometres per hour and be mindful of playing children, walkers and cyclistst.
Making open fires is prohibited due to fire hazard. Only an electirc barbedue is allowed.
Setting off fireworks on the park is prohibited due to fire hazard.
The use of sound equipment, such as music boxes, is allowed in the accommodation. The sound must not be audible to other guests in the park.
Between 22:00 and 08:00, night rest applies and no noise is allowed outside or audible from the accommodation. The use of drones is therefore not allowed. We respect each other’s peace and quiet.
Consuming alcohol is allowed, but guests who cause a nuisance under the influence of alcohol may be immediately removed from the park.
The use and possession of narcotics and drugs is prohibited. If we nevertheless detect this, the person concerned may be immediately removed from the park.
Pets are welcome. Please keep them on a leash in the park and when walking. Make sure to bring a poop scoop or bag, even outside the park.
Please note that pets are not allowed in all accommodation.
If you receive visitors, they are the responsibility of the tenant of the accommodation. Visitors can use the general car park at reception or opposite Villa 27.
Please report visitors staying overnight to guest services. For this we charge park fees and a fee for extra bed linen and (if rented) bath linen.
All villas and bungalows usually have two, or one, private parking space.
Other cars can be parked free of charge in the general car park near reception or opposite villa 27. In connection with accessibility for emergency services, it is not permitted to park cars on the verge or in other places.
Treat your accommodation, furniture and inventory with care
Please report (minor) damages to guest services before your departure. Then we can replace of repair the item so that the next guests also have a nice stay.
Do not smoke in the accommodation, it is forbidden. If we do find this, we will charge a fee for making the accommodation smoke-free.
Operate the mood fire only with the corresponding remote control and do nt turn off the pilot light (to prevent condensation).
Do not move furniture outside.
Do not move furniture and inventory to other accommodations.
Do not pitch tents, caravans or campers near the accommodation.
Do not leave valuables in your accommodation or car. We are not liable for loss, theft, damage or accidents during your stay.
