Check in
We work with digital locks and email you the code with explanation a few days before your stay. On the day of arrival, this code works from 16:00. So you can drive directly to your villa or bungalow and park your car there.
It is possible that we ask for a deposit based on the type of stay and the group size. The amount is € 100 per stay.
Early check in
Do you want to come a little earlier and enjoy your first day longer?
We can well imagine that!

Gastenservice
The guest service can be reached every working day from 9:00 to 17:00 by telephone on +31 522 470 540. You can also reach the guest service by e-mail at info@markevanruinen.nl. Keep in mind that it is not read outside office hours, on weekends and during holidays.
The opening hours of the reception vary.
For urgent matters and disruptions that cannot wait, we are available 24/7 via the emergency number +31 511 20 20 31.
Anything missing? Report it immediately!
Before arrival, we have checked your accommodation to ensure that it is clean and complete. We will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
If you are dissatisfied with something, we ask you to report this immediately to the guest service, or outside working hours to the emergency number, so that we can solve it.

Check out
On the day of departure, you can stay in the accommodation until 10:00, after which the digital code will not work.
If you have paid a deposit, you will receive this amount, less any charges, back within 14 days to the account number known to us.
Comfort check out
For extra comfort, we can collect the linen for you and empty the dishwasher. Ask at guest services for the possibilities.
Do not forget on departure
We kindly request that you leave the accommodation as follows:
Furniture in the same place as on arrival,
bed linen and (if hired) bath and kitchen linen in the hall, but leave moltons and mattress protectors on the beds (these follow a different washing programme),
the dishwasher empty and crockery, cutlery and pans clean in the cupboard,
the fridge empty and clean,
clean the countertop,
the floors broom clean,
empty the bins and take the waste to the waste disposal site,
the key to the storeroom and (if any) to the bicycle shed or the outdoor area on the dining table,
the heating at 10 degrees in summer and 15 degrees in winter and (if present) the fireplace on pilot light,
closed the doors and windows.
If we find that you have not complied with this, we will unfortunately have to charge additional fees.
